Coaches will take students through training sessions focusing on improving strength and endurance of the primary muscle groups using MAC’s specialty studio and incorporating TRX, kettle bell, battle rope training and more. Coaches will work on improving students’ cardiovascular fitness by leading participants through interval training sessions on MAC’s rowers and Skillmills.
