Building A Better You

This is an 8 week weight loss program with all the bells and whistles. You will have full access to The MAC facility, including all MAC Attack classes, group cycling and group ex classes. We will have 2 nutritional seminars taking place to discuss weight loss and sugar cravings. Add to this 2 extra classes a week, specifically for those participants taking part in the program. Optional meal plans, optional nutritional counseling, journaling and more!!
