NEW Suspension/Core Training Class

Join us for the new Suspension/Core Class in the MAC Attack Studio on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. This 45-minute class uses suspension straps, other tools and your own body weight and gravity to improve overall strength, endurance, power, flexibility, and to strengthen your core.

You can enjoy 8 classes for just $60, or drop-in for $10 per class!
