For your convenience, any of our classes may be booked using our app, which can be downloaded for free from the app store!
This group class uses the ballet barre to increase the body’s flexibility, improve muscle endurance and posture through movements derived from ballet.
This class uses choreographed dance routines for an hour of fitness, fun and positive energy while you burn calories to chart music, old and new.
This class combines a high-energy dance class with light weights toning target zones including arms, core and lower body.

MAC Attack Boot Camp*
A calorie-burning workout using intervals and strength training combinations to increase your fitness level. This motivating, group setting is lead by a certified coach and uses MyZone® heart rate monitors and the most advanced equipment available to get you in the best shape of your life. Suitable for all levels!
This weight training class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance through a total body workout using dumbbells, barbells and resistance bands.
This class uses a system of exercises that focus on strengthening the core. Benefits of the system include lengthening muscles, defining muscles and improving posture.
Intervals of Step choreography followed by rounds of muscular endurance and strength using weights, body weight and/or resistance bands.
Yoga is a discipline which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures widely practiced for health and relaxation.
This high-energy dance class focuses on dance routines choreographed to a mix of Latin, international and chart music.
