How to use a Rowing Machine
Memberships for MAC Attack include:
Access to one MAC Attack Specialty class/Gym use
8 pack pass to MAC Attack Specialty class/gym use
unlimited access to the MAC facility, the group exercise schedule and as many MAC Specialty classes as you want.
MAC Specialty class times are:
Monday and Wednesday at 0545
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 0845
Saturday at 1000
Tuesday and Thursday at 5.30pm
No specialty classes on Sunday
