Youth Sports Performance Training at Melbourne Athletic Club. All participants in our program begin by completing an evaluation where they are tested in relative body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Based off the results of this initial evaluation, our coaches will recommend which sessions would benefit them the most to ensure success in their particular sport.
